having stayed at the crown on numerous occasions was very surprised to find the breakfast was not now included, especially after our third breakfast.The staff are not trained in any aspect of hotel service. I believe they are bar staff expected to do whatever is necessary.The coffee stain on the coffee table in hall is still there from last march now writing my name in the dust.The new owners are very pleasant but we will not meet again enough is enough.I cannot pay off your overdraft on my own.
